/ WHAT
Commercial kitchens (otherwise known as commissary kitchens, or industrial kitchens) are kitchens with larger and heavier-duty equipment, and are often used to prep and store large quantities of food. But while industrial kitchens are incredibly important to restaurant owners and chefs, they come at a cost - and require a lot of set up time. On the other hand, Cloud Kitchens from Smart City Kitchens are the turnkey solution for your commercial kitchen needs. Simply bring your raw materials - and we cover the rest. The entire design and construction are handled by our team, so all you have to do is move in, and start cooking.
Our ghost commercial kitchens give you immediate access to all of the equipment you need to grow a profitable food business quickly. Here’s a glimpse into some of the state-of-the-art equipment you’ll access when you partner with us.
We opened our first commercial kitchen with Smart City Kitchens because of strong demand in these locations [Tampines and Clementi]. With more people now working from home, demand in residential zones has grown significantly, and we are happy to be serving these areas.
